We are proud to share our officiating pathway, designed to assist with continual development opportunities that support them as officials and their life outside of swimming too. We are committed to creating positive swimming experiences in our sport, and officials play a vital role in creating these opportunities for our swimmers and help them go racing.
The pathway has three streams, so there is an opportunity to suit you.

We are fortunate to have some NZ officials who are represented on the international stage. The following officials have been selected by World Aquatics as either Starters or Referees to be eligible for appointment to World Aquatics meets within a 4-year period.
